Haven't had any problems since. Very professional and was completed in reasonable amount of time.

They were great. Very professional. My only concern was that their estimate for other work I was considering seemed high. We were looking to re-connect twelve feet of electrical wiring that had been severed in earlier construction. The quote was 1100. Seemed high. Maybe that is just what electricians cost.

Tech was nice enough, BUT! Our service call was for plugs not working yet the tech did not come equipped with plugs on his truck. He had to go to Home Depot which counted against our time; we purchased a two hour prepaid coupon on Angie's list. He was gone 45 minutes, at least. When the two hours was up; he wrapped up and was headed out. He changed one plug in two hours. When I asked about a plug that still wasn't working he said " you want to buy another coupon?!" I said no considering what I got for the first coupon was not a bargain. The tech also advised that I had a breaker that was going out. When I asked if he could fix it, as he said it would only take 5 minutes to do; he said he didn't have breakers on the truck and again would need to go to Home Depot. Ugh. I missed a day of work to get one plug changed out for $130! I feel like an idiot.

It was obvious from the beginning that the electrician did not want to do the job. He told me that I needed to buy a remote light kit for the pantry and that he would just have to reschedule me as to not charge two service fees.
So, we rescheduled and I had the kit. However, when he actually went to look at the other system again, he discovered that I need yet another part that he doesn't have or sell and really wasn't even sure how I would get it. To get that fixed, I again need to locate another part and schedule a third appointment.
Finally, the light that was fixed in the pantry was left in a total mess - there was dirt and trash all over my floor from the job. He left without even picking up the extra screws. Just left them on the ground with the trash.
If you want anything fixed in a reasonable amount of time, I would look elsewhere.

We told him we had aluminum wiring and he said they were not allowed to work on it. That was all.
