"This customer is very hard to work with or work for. After submitting my price with materials included, he wanted to purchase his own materials, we have this documented . When we arrived to start work no materials had beem purchased which delayed our work and caused us a 2 hour round trip to pick up materials. My guys fixed multiple items that were not on the original repair list at no extra charge. We gave this customer extra lights for his track lightning,one of them Didn't work. This customer is not reasonble, and moved to location in the middle nowhere. We are thankful he will not hire us again. We dont have time for bad customers. We give this customer a F."
