She offered several fabrics that I liked and measured the chairs. Unfortunately the cushions did not fit properly, after contacting Nell she picked up all of the cushions, remeasured the chairs and remade all of the cushions that did not fit. She was courteous, only wanted us to be happy with the finished product. She had measured correctly, the sewing was the issue. We are very happy with our cushions and with our interaction with Nell.
