They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They added a part to our unit and charged us $150. They said if the unit quit again it was most likely a breaker box issue. The unit quit. We called and they said they would be out around 8pm to double check the unit. It is now almost 11pm. No call no show. It is 90 in my home.
