Staff was prompt and Courteous. Workmanship was far below poor. Initial placement occurred
with cutting of countertop inside home. 2 full work days to clean by the general contractor. New cabinets and walls were damaged during installation. Very Poor quality on developing templates for the initial cut. Seams between counters and
backsplash do not match or continue between raised portions of the countertops. This company also installed a glass
backsplash behind a new cooktop. I have never personally installed tile. My grandchildren could have done a better job. It will need to be removed along with at least 50% of the installed countertops by the new contractor I have hired.
The owner of the firm, Anthony Morris agreed that there was nothing more he could do, during his last visit.
He agreed to refund some funds since we had paid the contract in full.
I asked for $4500 to be refunded.
We verbally agreed to terminate our service agreement.
Now this firm will not pay. They say their contract and services are complete.
Please, Please do not even consider this firm for any project.
A very terrible experience for a newer resident of this small community.
"We have met with the member several times, each time he asked us to perform additional work that was not agreed upon prior to installation or included on his invoice or even something that is normally done in the fabrication or installation process. However, we accommodated him and performed additional work at no cost to him. We never in no form or fashion agreed to a $4500 refund. His job was performed as agreed upon and looks fabulous. We have pictures from the day of installation. The member is unruly and has become someone that cannot be pleased. His job was installed on 2/4/16, he made final payment on 2/18/16 and he said the problem occurred on 2/12/16? After he inspected our work, told us it looked beautiful and came into the office 2 weeks later to make a payment? The member also notified us about his cabinets this is when we forwarded him our photos, he then took this matter up with his contractor and have not heard from him since. I hope that his other trades are being treated fairly during his remodel project. Thank you."
