GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE GALVANIZED PIPES AND NEEDED A FAUCET THAT COULD HANDLE THE JUNK THAT FLOWS THROUGH. HE RECOMMENDED A BRAND WHICH HAS WORKED OUT BEAUTIFULLY FOR US. THE HOT CONTROL IN THE MASTER TUB WAS LEAKING AND HE REPLACED THE PACKING IN IT. HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS RUNNING A LITTLE BEHIND BUT ONCE HE WAS HERE HE COMPLETED ALL THE WORK WITHIN AN HOUR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN.
