Mike was the best and the most genuine contractor I have worked with. It started from the moment I left a message on his voicemail until the completion of the project. He returned my initial phone call the next day and was able to meet and discuss our project that same week. He was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done, attentive to what we were looking for, showed a lot of pictures of the work of his crew and answered all the questions I had without rushing me. Once we made the decision to move forward with Mike, he stayed true to his words and scheduled the work within the agreed timeframe (2-3 weeks). Anytime I had concerns or questions, he addressed them very professionally without making me feel that I was bothering him. During the 1st meeting, he explained that they would use ply-wood to protect the grass and plastic to protect the house - to my surprise the crew actually did. The crew working for him did a beautiful job with the travertine stamping and the staining, they arrived on time and always cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving for the day. Mike always came to check on the progression and quality of the work. As promised, our patio was finished on time for our son's birthday party. Mike came for a final check. We are thrilled with the outcome of this project and enjoy it every day since. Thank you Mike and your crew!

Mike James is professional, polite, punctual, and pays attention to detail. He takes pride in his work and did an excellent job. He worked within my budget, provided me with options, and created a work of art in my backyard that I am looking forward to enjoying for years to come. My backyard looks beautiful and using Stamped Concrete, Etc has added value to my home.

Excellent work all around. Very flexible to define color, style and type of all items installed. Excellent workmen. Outstanding detail work in cutting stone for fire pit and the texas star in the patio. Great care in keeping work area clean. Brought in new grass where needed to repair some areas that suffered due to heavy rain. Completed everything per the schedule.

Very pleased with all of their work.  Patios are beautiful and curbing looks great.  There was one issue with the sprinkler system but Mike James and his crew returned and fixed it immediately.  Communication with Mike was a breeze - he responded very quickly to any questions.
We are so pleased, we are having them back to do the curbing out front next week and they will be doing our driveway this fall.

He arrived on time, cheerful, informative, clean, clearly knew his job, worked diligently. Then he patiently taught us how to use the system and how to prevent false alarms and encouraged us to call for any questions. We felt very confident about having him as he work and teach us how to use it.
