Poor quality work and they simply refuse to correct obvious defects. I used them to replace a concrete driveway. One panel cracked within several weeks, the brick and mortar trim fell apart in several months. After contacting the Brazos Concrete and providing photos of the poor workmanship Brazos Concrete simply would not provide a solution or even stop by and look at the poor workmanship. I even offered to pay for the repair. It seems clear that Brazos Concrete could care less about the customer and believes there is sufficient business in the greater Houston area that repeat business or a reputation does not matter.
