All Coast Home Inspections

It went fairly well, although, for whatever reason, I did feel as though the inspection was rushed through to a degree.  I felt like it could have been more thorough.  Lou was very helpful and courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable, although he told me I didn't have a radiant barrier in the attic even though I do.
If memory serves, the inspection was supposed to begin at 11:30 a.m., and we had agreed beforehand to give him an hour alone to get the bulk of the work done, then we would show up for the second hour or so.  My realtor notified me before we were supposed to show up (at 12:30) and said Lou was almost done because he had arrived early.  What time he arrived I don't know, but I do know that he was done with the actual inspection when we arrived at around 12:25.
At any rate, I believe the actual report itself was well done, even if not completely exhaustive, and the representatives of the company I came in contact with were helpful and courteous.  I would certainly at least consider using All Coast again.

The service provided by this inspector was excellent. He was able to complete the inspection on short notice with a tight timeframe. He was punctual and professional. He worked efficiently without me having to follow him around, and he reported in to show me issues and discuss them several times during the inspection. His report was detailed and well-formatted, and included lots of pictures. The cost was just a bit higher than I anticipated, but included a second inspection for the pool. I recommend this provider!

The inspection went well. The report came back with lots of pictures and details. My husband was present during the entire inspection and was given great detail and information. The only disappointment was that I asked specifically for him to let me know about the dryer vent that led to the outside of the house. The report mentioned that it was present, but there was no inspection report for it. I emailed and inquired about it, but the response was simply that he did not check it. I was a frustrated because I'd pointed it out and asked for it to be done. 
Overall the inspection was thorough and  informative. It was done in a very timely manner and he was very friendly and helpful.
