AAA Handyman PLUS / Speck Building We are a sole proprietor organization and have been in the Galveston County/Brazoria County area since 1965. I came to Galveston County by invitation to build a beach house at Crystal Beach. I was, at the time of the invitation, working on a project of putting a house in working order that had been moved from West University to the Caldwell, Texas area which is near College Station. So that is how I arrived in Galveston County. We just started working in the area and worked from there back inland up to Texas City and surrounding and over to Alvin and into the Manvel area. We really like smaller such as decks, pergolas, structural damage repairs to wood structures and historic type buildings. We focus on Carpentry, Painting and Repair and small additions to residential structures. When related other trades are needed that require permit work type of electrical, plumbing and AC work we call in licensed tradesmen which we have acquaintance. If your project has challenges, we like those also. We work for property owners directly by contract or by the hour. Billing procedures: Work out the pay schedule before starting.
