Called Jerry Monday morning at 8 and told him what was going on with our outside unit. He told me he would be at my house at 9 and he was right on time. He assed what was going on with the unit and called me and said the unit was not defrosting and it was struggling. He suggested that I thermostat/kill switch needed to be installed that would turn the outside unit off when the temp. outside was between 35-40 degrees and it would turn off and the system would just have the inside aux. heat run until it warmed back up. I told him to go ahead and replace, charged $170 for part and install. Next day the air inside was blowing cold, so I called Jerry and he came right out and said that there was some issue with the wiring and he would fix it, and he did, before he left the house the inside air was warm again. Later that evening when I came in, once again cold air blowing and the fan would not stop running. I called Jerry about 9 that evening and he came right over and looked the system over and said again that there was something wrong with the wiring (he stated that when he installed the kill switch he had doing something that cause this with the fan and air flow). When he left it was once again working properly. The next morning I woke up to a cold house and ice again all over the outside unit, I called Jerry and said that he had been to my house 3 times and I was back to ice on the outside unit. I told him I wanted a refund of my $170 and that I would go with someone else to remedy the problem. He refunded by check my money and said he understood, I want to say that the whole time Jerry was nothing but professional/courteous/prompt and knowledgeable during all three visits, it just was not what I needed because my wife is disabled and is home all the time and I need to know that the heater is functioning properly for her comfort and safety.

Jerry was very thorough, took pictures, and explained to me what condition the equipment is in and work that is needed. He wrote up a report and left it with me. No hard sell which is appreciated.

This is actually a review to cover 3 different visits, but I decided this company should be in Angies list.  5 years ago, I was looking to buy an existing home, and the home had a geothermal system for heat and A/C and I wanted it inspected before I buying the house.  It took several phone calls to find a company that knew anything aboutthis system.  Jerry Flores came out to give the system a full inspection, and he was very thorough.  Found some minor issues, provided me with a list as prices which I felt were fair.  A about a month later I did buy the house, so I called him back to take care of those issues, and his cost was exactly what he quoted.   All I can say is that Jerry is dedicated to getting the job done.  Several times I told him to take  a break because it was hot in the attic.  He just said thanks, I'm good and kept working until everything was fixed and back to running properly.  He is definitely my go to guy for anything that has to do with my HVAC system.

Great, Jerry came over when I called. I showed him a mess I had because a very bad contractor installed the wrong system on my home. He quickly said he would do the job Dispite the fact that he would have to pull out all of the flex ducting and repair our existing duct work. He is very easy to get along with, and I feel he went far above what others would do for the price. He is very honest. I am retired engineer and I would want Jerry on my team. I know he will do the job right and treat you with dignity and respect. Call Him
