Sureguard Termite & Pest Services

I was lured in with a $50 off first pest service after SureGuard purchased the company that I used for close to 10 years. I followed the instructions on the flyer and told them when I called, I have a discount coupon on my door, but when the invoice came, the discount was not showing. I called them, and Crystal 1st claimed the offer only applies if I refer someone. I sent them screenshots of the offer, and this time it was Chastity who told me she listened to all the recorded calls, and my call doesn't mention the discount, so the best they can do is offer 15% off. Ridiculous. I am one and done with this company. Not to mention that my first appointment was scheduled for 3-5 pm, yet he tried to show up at 8:30 in the morning. We told him we were not home, so he said he couldn't come back that day, and that I had to call the office and reschedule. I had to reschedule the appointment. STEER CLEAR of this company. First impressions are everything.

They Bought NTX and won't honor the contract that NTX sold be 5 months before they bought them, they are very unfriendly and all the girl that answers the phone will say is "Let me ask my Manager" Manager does not have enough respect to even talk to you. I will find someone better in customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!

So this company NTX Best Pest was recently acquired by Sureguard. Did any of you as customers receive notifications, flyers, and or pamphlet? So the reason I’m utterly upset with this new company Sureguard no need to include NTX Best Pest in your description. As you might as well just should have changed the name In general since you aren’t able to service their customers with out a new agreement. My issue with this new company: I purchased a 5 year exclusion plan with NTX Best Pest and this NEW company is only honoring up to a year of the service in which was originally purchased. Why acquire a company if you aren’t going to do what’s best for the customers when you take over which is honor what they paid for. You all are going to lose all of their customers who are in the same predicament as I was. You don’t have to worry about me and I can’t wait to get this out to as many people as I can. Remember that negative feedback spreads like wildfire!!! Good Luck!!!

What an awesome company! My husband and I have been having issues with bugs inside and outside of our home and decided it was time to have professionals come and take care of the issue. We were so impressed with how quickly they took care of our problems and the technicians/office staff were very professional and got the job done. Amazing customer service!

They sprayed and 3 days later there were live centipedes, spiders and earwigs back in the house.  In regards to the company response stating that it is normal to flush bugs out, at some point I should have been seeing dead bugs and that was not the case....Not one actually until I had someone else come out and spray again a month later.

Awesome service, I will use Sureguard again!  Eric was very Professional!

It went well. He showed up on time explained the product he was applying. Gave us tips on how to keep pests from coming into house. Great price plus described future plans or products if needed.

We were having some problems with spiders so we bought the $69 special. Brandon went above and beyond for no extra charge when he noticed some concerns with our back deck. Spider problem went away. Yay! A couple weeks later we were having some new windows installed and ants flowed out of the wall. A quick call and even though they were booked until late afternoon, Brandon came out in about 30 minutes because the window installers wanted to finish the job and go home. Wood destroying insects were not covered in our special deal but Brandon quickly took care of the ants and charged us a minimal extra fee and the window installers finished installing the windows and left on schedule. We really appreciated Brandon's quick response under the circumstances and will definitely call again next time we have any bug issues.

If I ever have any issues in the future I am using Sureguard
