I recently had Storm Guard Roofing and Construction come out to inspect my roof and home's exterior after a storm, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! The team was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided me with a detailed picture report showing the condition of my roof, which was very helpful. What stood out the most was their honesty. Instead of pushing for unnecessary repairs, they informed me that I didn't need a new roof at this time. They recommended scheduling an inspection after the next storm or annually if we donâ t experience hail in the coming year. This level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. After a recent storm, we contacted Caleb from Storm Guard to inspect my Dadâ s roof. Caleb and Steve, the owner, promptly came out to assess the damage. They took numerous pictures and explained how the hail and wind had damaged the roof. They helped us file a claim with the insurance company and took care of the entire process, including meeting with the insurance adjuster to ensure the damage was fully assessed. When the initial claim wasnâ t fully approved, they went the extra mile and worked with the insurance company to secure a full roof replacement. Once approved, they helped us choose the right shingles and color, and the roof was installed in under a week! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Their installers did a fantastic job, including thorough cleanup once the job was done. We would definitely recommend Caleb, Steve, and the whole Storm Guard team for anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.

Storm Guard came out and inspected my roof after a storm. I assumed I needed a new roof since several of my neighbours were getting a new roof. Â Caleb performed a thorough inspection and showed me the pictures and was completely honest that my roof was still in good condition and that in his opinion we would not get it approved by insurance. He did point out that if we didn't replace two of my pipe boots that I wood have the potential for a leak. Â They provided me a good price and completed the work then next day. I also asked them to go over and inspect my mother-in-laws roof as she had a leak that several companies attempted to fix with our success. They provided her with an estimate and completed the work and were able to address then leak. I definitely recommend Caleb and the Storm Guard Team.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The Storm Guard team was very attentive to our needs. We were in the process of selling our home and a storm came into the area and caused a tree to fall onto our roof causing minor damage. I made a call to Steve Kneller and his team was on-site within 90mins to assess the situation, perform a roof inspection and give me an initial follow up. Due to the minor damage on the roof his team applied a temporary tarp cover over the effected section of roof to prevent further damage before finalizing their report. The Storm Guard team coordinated and completed the tree removal, roof repair, chimney repair and chimney cap replacement. Frequent professional detailed communication occurred during all phases of the project leaving me at complete ease as I was away on a trip during the event. The project delivery was on time, on budget with complete professional detailed billing. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a roofing and construction service! The team truly cares about the fine details, customer service and the finished product. When we originally built our house the contractor left a gap between the chimney flute and the cap allowing water to enter our home when raining and causing damage. We had another roofing company out to attempt to fix it which cost money and didn't fix the issue. Storm Guard came out - Caleb and Steve you guys are awesome - did some troubleshooting and brainstorming and within a few days my chimney cap is leak free! These guys are awesome, give them a call for any and every roofing need!

Inspection Roofing
Storm Guard recently had done my parents roof last year, and they did an amazing job when it was time for my annual inspectionâ ¦. I called them and they sent out of their highly trained and very professional technician named Caleb. He did a full exterior inspection which included my windows, roof, facia/trim, fence line, and so much more! Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They were hired to stop a roof leak and it leaked on the next rain about two weeks later. I asked them to come out and seal the area with a sealant, they never showed up. After a week, I bought a gallon of clear roof sealant and stopped the leak myself. Paid them 10X what the gallon of sealant cost and fixed it myself without their beer cans and excuses. Don?t trust their warranty.
