SHOWCASE WINDOW FASHIONS

During his first visit, Robert Rinehart (owner) was punctual and provided a professional presentation on the different products he had to offer. We wanted to match the quality, color, and type of shutters already installed on the front windows (by the home builder). He was able to provide options within 10 minutes of arrival. Once the selections were made, Robert then measured, and noted all window dimensions to provide us with the cost. It was an easy and quick transactions. Having ordered wood shutters previously, we were comfortable with both the pricing, and the standard order time. Once the shutters were manufactured and shipped, Robert contacted us, and at OUR convenience, scheduled the install. Robert was, again, punctual, and by himself , installed over 17 shutters in about 4 hours. The wood shutters had been cut with precision, and Robert did a great job on the install. The shutters look absolutely AWESOME! After the install, there was one very minor tweak necessary on a door shutter magnet closure. Although Robert could have just mailed the additional magnet closures for us to install, he chose to make a follow -up service call to adjust himself. Robert is a true professional and expert on window treatments, offering excellent customer service and high quality products! Also, Robert is just a very nice and sincere person.

Robert provided us with excellent service from the time he provided us with information about his products with a very professional approach. His measurements were right on & when he installed our wood blinds everything went very well. Robert provided us with excellent service at a good price point and when the project was completed we were more than glad to tell others about the company that did our work. Robert went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns.  He was much less expensive for the same brand which I was getting a quote elsewhere.  He measured and installed the products and did an amazing job.  He takes pride in his work and everything was completed on time as he promised.  I would recommend him without hesitation for all window treatments
