SERVICE TECH (WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY) WAS NOT COMPLETED WITH THE UPGRADE PROCESS WHEN HE HAD TO LEAVE MY HOME. HE HAD NOT INSTALLED THE GLASS PROTECTION/ALARM FOR A LARGE WINDOW IN THE MASTER BATH. TRUSTING HIM, WE AGREED THAT HE WOULD RETURN AT AN AGREED DATE AND TIME TO COMPLETE WHAT HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED. TRUSTING THE GENTLEMAN, AS HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, I WENT AHEAD AND PROVIDED A CHECK TO HIM FOR THE ENTIRE UPGRADE, KNOWING THAT HE HAD TO RETURN TO COMPLETE. HE NEVER RETURNED TO COMPLETE, & AS A RESULT I HAD NUMEROUS DISCUSSIONS WITH THE AP/AR DEPARTMENT OF THIS COMPANY, (THE OWNER'S WIFE) WHO STATED THAT I WAS A LIAR AND THAT THE SERVICES HAD BEEN COMPLETED. FINALLY GAVE UP AND CHANGED SECURITY COMPANIES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, NOR WOULD I TRUST THEM.
Description of Work: SECURITY SYSTEM UPGRADE; UPDATED KEY PADS AND SHATTER PROTECTION/ALARM FOR A LARGE BATHROOM WINDOW.
