It went great. James really done his homework and provided great customer service and explanations to the process. By going above and beyond his job duties, he was able to negotiate the deal we were happy with in the end. Also he supplied the appraiser with extra comps that helped raise the value of our home. I was very pleased with his performance and impressed with his eagerness to get the deal closed. James really did a good job of staying on top of the deal and making sure each process was handled correctly.He is a class act and works hard for his customers.
