I called Dan for estimates to remodel a townhome my husband and I had just purchased.  It was very dated, and needed a great deal of cosmetic work.  Dan is personable and straight forward and I liked that he seemed as excited about our project as we were.  Due to budget reasons, we had to rule out having his company to the things we could do ourselves, but called him to handle the work described above.  He never made me feel guilty for not having him to all the work listed in his initial bid.  He and his carpenter Mike were fantastically friendly, helpful and professional.  I may not have been able to have Qualico do my whole house at once, but I will be calling them for any future needs, as well as recommending them to my friends.

Was quoted an original price of $645 but was given a bill for almost $1000. Dan's workers said the original new tub surround was too small and would require texturing around the edges and repainting of the wall. After installing the taller tub surround they still textured about 6 '' around and gave me the new bill. I spoke with Dan about his workers not cleaning the texturing from the tub surround, dinging the porcelain tub and removing the vinyl wall base and not replacing it(they threw it away). Dan said these workers had done this before and had been warned about doing shoddy work (my question is why wasn't he here once in awhile during the install to monitor this?) we finally did agree on $773 as the price. Because of Dan's failure to more closely monitor his employees and because of the shoddy work, I wouldn't rehire them.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TO DO REPAIR WORK ON TWO OF OUR HOMES. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE.

HANDYMAN WAS COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 3-4 SEPARATE REPAIR JOBS. PROJECTS WERE COMPLETED ON BUDGET.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD ON THIS LARGE JOB. HOWEVER, ONE PAINTER WAS INEXPERIENCED AND WAS LET GO.

QAULICO STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HANDYMEN WERE COURTEOUS AROUND MY FAMILY.

THIS COMPANY HAS WORKED ON MY NEW HOME AND MY PREVIOUS HOME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO GOOD WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT WITH CALLS AND APPOINTMENTS.
