Crew was great and cleaned up completely.  The sales person was very knowledgeable and timely.

We were very happy with them.  We paid extra for the solar wind turbines and the roof repairs as that was not covered by the insurance company.  They were timely, they responded immediately when we called them, and the roofer came out within the next couple of days.  He told us what he had seen, showed us, and suggested that we call the insurance company, which is USAA.  He showed up before the insurance company arrived which hasn’t always been the case, but he was here, and he came and told us that he would be sitting in the truck, which I thought was courteous, instead of waiting in the house.  He then came in with the insurance adjuster to look at the inside damage and went up on the roof with him to point out the outside damage.  The insurance company agreed with his assessment, which made me feel that he made a good assessment, because in the past, we have had the insurance agents not agree.  They agreed with everything he said except the thing that we needed to have some repairs done on a soffit; they said that was maintenance and not insurance related work.  They did a good job with the roof.  He has other contractors that work with him for other things, the one that came with him to inspect the inside damage, which he went ahead and covered even though insurance didn’t, turned out to be very courteous and we felt comfortable with him too.  He did the inside work, the people that came out to do the outside work were very efficient too.  They got it done in one day although they had estimated two days.  I don’t think they even took a noticeable break, they really worked down, and they were very industrious.  They didn’t cause any problems in the yard, the mess was all cleaned, and I only found one nail since it was done about three weeks ago.  So we were very pleased with the cleanup.  The roofer came back to check what had been done and he inspected it, and was involved with us with the indoor repairs.  We liked the company so much that we are now having them do estimates for painting the inside and repairs to doors and things like that.  We are giving them some remodeling and some repair work as well as cleaning.  We haven’t had any problems with them at all and we have no complaints.  My husband handled the pricing, so I am not sure about that, he was the one that did most of the bids, but their price seemed comparable to the other estimates we got.  They were here every time when they said they would be. 

PrimeCo Roofing and Construction did an amazing job on our roof! Their professionalism was shown throught out the process from the initial inspection to contacting and dealing with the insurance company all the way to the final cleanup. I have a two year old son that loves to run around outside barefoot plus two dogs. Due to the wonderful cleanup job they did after our roof was complete I have not had to worry about my son or my dogs stepping on a nail. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!
