Horribly! President & VP of Plantation homes came to out house, comment made was you bought the house its your problem now. Will not honor manufacturer warranty or comply with final walk through requested repairs. Only reason we signed was due to sales representative statement of you you don't sign I am pulling this house from you. Yes, per Plantation contact fine print says they can pull house from you without cause & they don't have to return any earnest money or deposits. Avoid any business with MHI Homes,they build Coventry, Plantation & Willshire Homes. President of Planation, Rudy Pospisil, VP Chris Terhune.
