I've been using Stephen King as my exclusive exterminator in all of my rental properties and my own home for more than 10 years. He is absolutely the best I've found and he stands behind his work 100-percent. He'll go back and re-treat as many times as it takes within his 90-day warranty period, and he does so without complaint. His pricing is very reasonable, especially when you consider that he uses only the best, most advanced chemicals.

MR. KING AND HIS HELPER ARRIVED ON TIME AND TOOK CARE OF THE JOB WITHOUT LEAVING A MESS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID NOT RAISE THE PRICE FROM THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. MR. KING WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
