This is a husband and wife team, We have used them once before when the husband came out to help us get set up on a wireless connection. This time I called on Monday, heard back from the wife (Heather) on Tuesday and she was at my house at 9 a.m. Wednesday morning. She was very efficient and very patient with this 61 year old somewhat "computer-illiterate" lady! She answered all of my questions and waited calmly while I wrote down every step. In an hour's time she had done all that I asked leaving me feeling happily competent enough to start pestering my grown children with scanned articles!
