NASA mechanical was quick and efficient when our air conditioner went out in the middle of August, and they followed up twice to make sure everything was working correctly and to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service and great work. I’d highly recommend them.

I use their service twice. They were amazing. They keep me in the loop. They did the diagnosis, explain to me what was wrong and they did exactly what they supposed to do. They let you know what they were doing and they didn't charge you extra. They told me exactly what they needed to do. I highly recommend them. My house was freezing now. They know what they were doing, unlike those 5 people I hired to try to fix my AC they just keep on charging me but was unable to fix my AC.
