Salesman was friendly, helpful and professional. They got to roof quickly. Roof didn't leak till after they put in the new roof on. They left nails all over the place. Cracked a sky light but they did replace it and fixed leaks. For the price paid I would have expected a better roofing subcontractor.

It went well. They do really a good job.

We were under time pressure by our buyer to get this roof done. Our Representative from Huddleston Roofing, Chad Beal was very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. After the job was complete, They sent all required paperwork to our insurance agency, and had to correct miscommunication between myself and the insurance company. He has the ability to send and receive documents through e-mail. I love that!
The other roofing company that had the higher price made vague promises of getting a lower price for me by "arranging things" with the insurance co.
Mike Huddleston and Chad Beal were prompt, finished the work in one day, and had everything cleaned up by the following day.
His roofers had a hard time backing into our driveway and left ruts in the neighbors and our yard, but they were back the next day and filled up the ruts.
My neighbor and I appreciate the prompt response, (we realize are yards are pretty close together, so it would be hard to avoid running them over. It had recently rained, and that's why the ruts were caused.)

I started the process of looking for a roofer by contacting the company  that installed my roof 6 years ago.  They were too busy  (due to the  June 2012 hail storm), so I started looking for another roofer.  I  wanted to stay with Certainteed shingles, so I searched their website  for a contractor with Certainteed's highest rating (Select  ShingleMaster).  There were less than 10 total (within 25 miles of my  house).  I began by contacting those I could reach by phone.  Since the  insurance company was going to pay for the work, I was more concerned  with quality than price.  I then discovered the website for the North  Texas Roofing Contractors Association (http://www.ntrca.com/), and  searched for member roofing companies.  I also took special notice of  the current president (Mike Huddleston) and last year's president (Joe  Henderson), and made certain that I contacted their companies -- both of which are certified by Certainteed as Select ShingleMaster.  I was  especially impressed by the salesman from Mike Huddleston Roofing.
I dealt with Chad Beall (Salesman), and everything went smoothly.  I  decided on the Certainteed Landmark IR (Impact Resistant) shingle.  Chad was extremely responsive and professional.  He helped me decide on  which hip and ridge shingle to use (I went with Certainteed Mountain  Ridge), and it looks great -- much nicer than the standard hip and ridge shingle.  He also talked to me about improving my attic ventilation by removing my two power vents and installing ridge vents.
I needed some carpentry work done to replace rotted wood on my chimney and  windows before the roofing work began.  Chad arranged for a carpentry company (a subcontractor) to come out.  They too did excellent work and I was very satisfied.
Overall, it was a great experience and I  would recommend Mike Huddleston Roofing to anyone who wanted a great  roofing job at a very good price.

It was a good job from start to finish.

My existing roof was of excellent quality but had been destroyed by the storm. I wanted to replace it and not worry about the quality of work performed. I interviewed 3 roofers after reviewing Angies's List, BBA, and the shingle manufactures websites.
My estimators/service guides Shawn Ward and Robb Morse were instrumental in "educating" my insurance company that my initial roof was a thicker shingle and the insurance company then increased the estimates to allow replacement with a similiar high quality product. They also educated me about other damage from the storm that the insurance should cover - this allowed me to repair those items damaged in the storm under the existing deductable. I would not have noted those damages until the items began to fail-saving me money in the process. The value I recieved from their expertese and effort was excellent.
My roof was replaced over 2.5 days by a professional crew, using the materials specified in the contract.
After the repair was done they came back and "walked" the roof with me to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. I found no issues with the work performed which appears to be of high quality.  They also provided me with a letter for my insurance company which will discount my future insurance-due to the quality of material provided (class 4 shingles) and work performed my roof is less likely to need repairs in the future.

Lake house in Palo Pinto County, and home and office building in Dallas County, were pummeled by hail in April.  I was referred to this company by a friend.  I used them first on personal home.  Chad Beall, the estimator, was personably, and knows his work well.  He offered suggestions that I had not considered, like ridge vents and radiant barrier over the decking to help with heat.  He didn't push the radiant barrier, only discussed after I asked.  In fact, he simply offered a lot of good ideas, but never ever did I feel like he was trying to "sell" me.  The decision was totally mine.  I actually installed a Class IV impact resistant roof, more expensive, but worth the cost, as it cuts your insurance premiums.  The work was done meticulously and looks great...no hurry about these guys.  I was impressed.  I then used them on my lake property.  In addition to the roof, there was some additional damage needing a carpenter, and Chad arranged that as well.  The work was outstanding and we are very pleased.  We then had our office building done as well.  I would highly recommend this company.  I've heard many stories of roofers requiring money up front.  Beware of that.  Not Mike Huddleston...didn't pay anything until the job was completed, and to my complete satisfaction.
