We found Melton Systems Roofing on Angie's List. We called and made an appointment. When Mr. Melton arrived he climbed on the roof and assessed the issue as being a drainage problem. (We added additional guttering later with another company.) We wanted to be sure that the roof was not damaged by the water. He inspected the roof and did not detect any damage to the structure. He also noted that the roof did have some hail damage from earlier storms. We later had our insurance agency come out and they did not detect enough of an issue to replace the roof. We made another appointment and Mr. Melton returned to patch the roof in several places and clean the affected area with bleach to kill the mildew. We were glad to know that there was no permanent damage to the roof.

I had used him before, and I was really impressed with him. He is also a member of the Better Business Bureau and holds that very high and knows that he is held to a higher standard. When I used him before, I never had anymore problems again, so I was pretty confident that he could figure out what was wrong with this leak. I recommend others to contact him. He is real friendly and real outgoing, but he seems to know what to do. He doesn't sale me anymore than what I need, and he doesn't try and sale me a new roof when I don't need one.

Mr. Melton was on time, did the work in a timely manner. He said to wait a week and see if the roof leaked and then send in the payment. There is a year warranty on his work. I also used Mr. Melton for my rent house. He repaired and replaced shingles and did vaious needed repairs. Again, I could send in the payment. I highly recommend Melton Systems Roofing.

James came out the day we called and gave us an estimate. He returned within less than a week and completed the work. He did a great job and was very personable.

Originally, I thought I needed a new roof. To my relief, Mr. Melton advised I only needed repairs and provided a detailed bid for the repairs. I accepted his bid. He had a crew come make repairs the next day because rain was imminent. Mr. Melton was responsive, courteous, conscientious and professional.
