James will respond to your request quickly. I'm very hard of hearing and appreciated that I could contact and converse with James via messages. He also works well with the telephone. Our repair was inspected , estimated, and completed within a week. He also noted some other possible leak sites by a roof dormer and sealed those. All scraps and leftover materials were picked up, leaving the yard and sidewalk spotless. James gives a one year warranty on their work. I would use them again if I need any roof repairs. The cost was in the midrange of the estimated costs by Home Advisor.

Melton Systems replaced my roof about a year ago. I never bothered to review them because there are so many reviews, but my father insisted I write a review today after seeing the work a year later. My father teaches architecture and engineering classes, and is my number one handyman, and was impressed with the new roof I had put on (this is no simple feet to impress him.). I had my roof stripped and replaced, vents added, and dishes/pipes/etc. cut off and removed from my 70 year old house. Melton went above and beyond by repainting metal to blend it in to the roof and installing flashing to address drainage issues. I paid for this out of pocket and got four quotes--Melton beat them a little bit, but would've been worth the money either way. His quote was detailed (I actually bid construction for a living) and he was more than fair about payments, considering I was paying instead of cash. Ive recommended him to others.

I'm probably a cynic, but Mr. Melton initially comes off as the typical salesman that over promises and under delivers. I can tell you, this guy is for real. I climbed the ladder and inspected the work myself. What he promised he delivered and then some. I was working on caulking windows as well and he caulked the second story windows for me. Again, the real deal!

They actually replaced my entire roof, and helped me work with Insurance company and guided me the entire way. James Melton is great.

I am sure the quaility of work of the work is a five but it hasn't rained since the repair so I don't know if the leak is gone or not. The work is quarranteed for a year and I have it in writeing. Mr. Melton was prompt and professional and cut limbs away from my roof and fixed another leek on my fireplace and didn't charge me for that. I am pleased so far.
