Amazing Customer Service!!!! Overall a very professional, friendly experience. The fact that they charge by each person's job versus hourly is commendable! And not to mention the competitive pricing! Will definitely be recommending and using again!

First visit the tap screw would not come out of the faucet and was stripped, so Jesse explained on the phone to the Delta Parts rep.. what parts to send (faucet has a lifetime warranty). Jesse and Ethan returned the morning after the parts arrived. They drilled the screw out, and installed the new parts, AND cleaned up the area. I highly recommend the company and thank Todd for the efficient scheduling and Jesse and Ethan for professional and knowledgable service..

Quick, professional, educational (he showed me how to fix it myself next time). Very happy!

Guys arrived on time; were minimally intrusive on family.  Work looked cleaner than I expected.  Left room clean.  My only complaint is that I wish they had put flashing around where the vent pipe went into the attic.  I've had some insulation fall into my closet due to this omission.  But this company has worked at my home many times and twice they didn't even charge me when the work was minor or nothing was really wrong.  These guys have integrity and courtesy and you can rely on them to do a good job.

The latest was 2 jobs at a rental re-hab. It required cutting off the stuck bathtub spout, solder on a new copper extension, and add a new tub spout. The other job was a stuck valve under the kitchen sink. I went ahead and had both valves removed and 2 new 1/2 turn ball-valves installed. The total for both jobs was less than an hour (2 men) and totaled $200.

We were in need of two water heaters.  David and Jeff were very prompt, professional and friendly.  We received a prior estimate from another plumbing company, but when David and Jeff analyzed our water heaters and gave their recommendations, the cost was much, much lower than the previous bid. 

We hired Mansfield Plumbing to replace our water heaters and were instructed every step of the way.  We have beautiful gray water heaters located in the garage now.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.  We will definitely use Mansfield Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.  We recommend Mansfield Plumbing!

I have had multiple plumbers look a the water heater and not be able to locate a leak. Mansfield Plumbing quickly located the leak and repaired.

They replaced a cracked pipe under the sink. They had to manufacture a replacement for the stripped out clean out pipe. They used a large snake to clear the drain line ( worked fine before Sears installed a new washer on Wednesday--which failed before ever being used. Bringing a new one tomorrow).

The guys worked hard, paying special attention not to track in dirt or cause any mess. They kept me informed of what they were finding and what would be done to correct it.

Great guys that did a great job. Will use them again with any plumbing problems.

Cannot remember the date or the price, it has been awhile but we have used Mansfield Plumbing twice and have always been pleased with their work and price of projects. We have a couple of more projects to do and they will be on our list to call.

Not much to say here. Theyt were in and out quickly. Professionally done.

When I asked them to go ahead and repair it, they did so quickly, removing the toilet, replacing the seal with a larger one, and caulking to cover all gaps. The smell was gone permanently that day.

In mid-April we noticed the floor in our laundry room was warm to the touch. Then I noticed outside the laundry room (which sits on an exterior wall of the house) it was quite marshy. We had a suspicion, and a phone call to Mansfield Plumbing confirmed it: Slab Leak.

You hear horror stories about slab leaks and the problems with plumbers and the repairs costing multiple thousands of dollars. So, we call Mansfield Plumbing based on a friend's referral. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and asked if they could send someone out that day to try to locate it (emphasizing that they would have to come out another day to fix it). That worked well with our schedule, so we agreed.

A short time later, they came in, and using a simple laser thermometer, they pinpointed where they thought the leak was. They also showed us how to turn off and on our hot water heater (believe it or not, we didn't know) so we didn't waste more water. They quoted us a price of $1,600, which seemed reasonable (even good) based on some other conversations we had had.

The next day, they were there, moved our washer and dryer out, ripped up the floor and went to work. They had detected the leak exactly at the right spot, fixed it, poured new concrete in and cleaned up well. Sure enough, the $1,600 estimate was all we charged. All in all, Mansfield Plumbing provided a great experience. The next time we need to have plumbing work done, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. They were professional, courteous, reasonably priced and did the job in a timely fashion.

Mansfield Plumbing was able to come out the day after I called, they showed up early (called first to make sure it was ok) and had fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Technicians were very professional, did not leave a mess for me to clean up, and I felt the price was very fair. I will definitely hire them again.
