They got the job done in about 45 minutes and they knew what they were doing. They sent one person out to do the job. The worker was very professional.

It went very well and there wasn't any problem at all. I would probably be interested in a card deal like that again. It was a big deal purchase.

ARRIVED AT STORE IN MORNING. SALESMAN COMPARED THE DIFFERANT BRANDS. PURCHASE THEM AND THEY WERE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. THEY EVEN REMOVED OLD APPLIANCES FOR ME. AFTERWARDS LOWES CALLED TO SEE IF ALL WENT OK.

They contract out for the fans to be installed. They always recheck to make sure that all went well and I was please. I bought all of my appliances there. I feel the sales people know what they are talking about and are not out to sell the highest priced item. The recent charge to was to install a ceiling fan.

The floor turned out extremely well. I cannot say enough about how good the installers were. The store does have some communication problems. I waited eleven days for them to call with an install date. So I called them and it turned out they had misplaced my order. It was good that I called or I could have been waiting a while.

The door is awesome! The glass window on the door is the best! It has the blinds in between the 2 panes of glass. No cleaning of the blinds ever!! I love it! My kitties are thrilled too.

WE HAD TO ORDER THE DOOR, AND THE COMPANY NEVER CALLED US WHEN IT WAS READY. WHEN THE DOOR WAS FINALLY INSTALLED, THE PERSON HUNG THE DOOR UPSIDE DOWN.
