LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPLS

We had the Leslie's here in Burleson we used to go to and they changed management -- we no longer go there. We go to one in Mansfield -- they are just fine over there. They are responsive, attentive and they do whatever they need. The guy over here in Burleson is kind of patronizing so we just kind of avoid them. They also come out and do servicing and repairs. We have done that in the past. I can get it cheaper online but the price is reasonable and they have it in stock right there. They actually know what they are talking about and I can do the water test right there, but they are a little slow and are not always attentive to focusing on one thing. They try to take care of customers they know so if they don't know you they tend to put you on the back burner which is not horrible, but is not great either. Once they learn who you are and realize that you are actually going to come in and spend money they start to treat you more like a human being again. It is not as professional as they could have been. The manager here in Burleson is not professional at all and he tends to brow beat his employees.
