Partnered w/ Olshan to initially pressure test an old cast iron system & replace the outdoor drain trap. Very expert from the beginning to completion. Including initial evaluation, navigating choices, quoting, scheduling, implementation & cleanup. For this companion foundation repair, tunneling is chosen over concrete break out in the living spaces: this choice worked out well with these considerations: no upset / moving (or move out), no storage rental, customer time & labor needed. For this 1977 3-2-2, discovery is made in both the sewer & water lines: the 50 YO cast iron pipes failed a pressure test & tunneling reveals pinholes in the hot & cold water lines. KMP Plumbing replaced sewer & water lines & going the extra mile for customer satisfaction & doing the right thing. An Extra Special notice & thanks to Miguel, Kevin & John.
