They are a great company. They're super reliable and trustworthy. They are my go-to plumbers.

I called KMP to do leak test on my water system and drain system. They told me the service call would be $29. I knew the test would be more than that, but another company had done the same testing a month prior (I needed a 2nd opinion) and I figured KMP's price would be in the same ballpark. They charged $564. The tech was Donald, and he did a nice job, but he was here about an hour. When I looked back at the cost from the other company, it was $295. I called KMP back to ask why so high & was told that's their price, period. They refused to make any adjustment, even when I advised them of what the other company charged. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but suggest you compare prices first. I saw a similar review from another customer.

We purchased our home almost 2 years ago and KMP was recommended to us by the previous homeowner. Each time we have worked with KMP we've had highly knowledgable and caring plumbers come to our house. We've been offered alternatives for each repair and educated on what caused the problem to occur. Our first repair was on the tankless hot water heater during the first year we owned our home. We had contact KMP for a second opinion after the plumbing company our home warranty company had required us use said that the entire tankless system would need to be replaced and would require our brick to be torn out and replaced on the exterior of our home. We chose to get a second opinion (that was not covered by our warranty company) before proceeding and found that KMP was able to flush out the system, replace a filter and some other parts that had corroded during 8 years of use, and our tankless water heater is still running strong one year after it was serviced by KMP. Needless to say we were so grateful for their help and the time, money and stress they saved us from spending with the warranty company's plumber. We were able to file a reimbursement claim with the warranty company and they gladly paid us back the amount that equated to 1/4 of what they would've had to pay out if we had gone with their plumber. Most recently, we contacted KMP at the end of the Labor Day holiday for an emergency repair that our landscaper was supposed to have taken care of while we were out of town. KMP once again arrived quickly, diagnosed what was wrong and offered us options of how to move forward. The repair was complete within a couple of hours and we were able to save our landscaping that had been left without water in the Texas heat for 7 days. KMP even followed up with inspection paperwork for our records during the next possible business day. We highly recommend KMP Plumbing. We will continue to refer them to our friends and reach out to them for any repairs we need.

They put a snake down it, and I told him that was not the problem. Sure enough I had them back out 4 wks later for same problem and this time they listened to me and ran a camera down the clean out drain outside. Roots from tree had exploded the pipes leading to septic tank. Quote was very high to repair. Called another plumbing company and got the work done with a savings of $800.

Found the leak. Hasn't yet been repaired because cabinet needs to be removed first to better access the location. Once that has been taken care of I will definitely call KMP back to perform the repair.

Brian called us, arrived shortly after & worked for 4 hrs! He is extremely tenacious, working until he got it fixed. Thank you, Brian, ur a good annually!

Great service, great guy..... We are getting ready to call him for a new repair!

First scheduling worked great. Then the service tech arrived when he said he would. He asked me a few questions about the toilet & also asked me if the tub was backing up & told me there was just something hung up. Sure enough, he fixed it! So relieved!

Great and professional service, highly recommend!  Henry was very professional, thorough, honest and got the job done quickly.

This is an update to a previous review in which I gave them an "F" for "losing" my appointment. After calling the next day to complain, they promptly rescheduled my service call on the same day and repaired everything. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and apologetic.

I called KMP on a Saturday afternoon when my plumbing starting backing up. (emergency call)

Ronnie arrived and immediately found the problem and went to work.

He worked for over an hour to break the clog in the sewer line and then

camera inspected the line to make sure the problem was solved.

The professionalism and work ethic of Ronnie left nothing to be desired.

The low price was a big surprise as this was on a weekend and late in the day.

I definitely recommend and will use this company again if necessary.

It went fantastic, the gentleman showed up on time. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable about his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. He gave me a discount without me asking I thought that was very honest of him.

He arrived on time and was very professional.  He repaired a broken pipe in my bathroom for a lot less then a previous company had estimated.  I will not use anyone but KMP.  This is an honest business!

This was an after hours call on a Saturday night @ 9:30P.  Response was quick and service provided in 30 minutes.  Of the $340, $79.00 was charged for after hours service.  I also received a $25.00 discount leaving me with payment of $313.89.  Plumber was courteous and answered questions professionally.  I would use this company again.

KMP was recommended by a family member who has used them for a long time.  They are the original Mansfield plumbers who have been in Mansfield, Kennedale and Arlington for decades.  They are also family owned and operated, which I like.
The owners, the Mayse family, are of the highest ethics and have their quality is top notch. 

Punctual and very courteous.  Explained what he was gonna do and before he started he provided me with a price.  He gave me a $25 discount for a coupon I had for his company.  Before he left made sure everything was to my satisfaction and asked if there was anything else I needed hum looked at.  I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

We have used them for 20 years.
