We have used them for several years. It worked out good and they take care of everything and do not do anything extra. They are always professional and on time.

I highly recommend them. They have a good product. It is a family owned company that is local to Mansfield.

Everyone was extremely professional, answered all my questions, came when they said they would and cleaned up when they were finished. The heater works great!

Everything went very well. My A/C unit is working very well and the employee who came out was very competent and professional and would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their air conditioning unit.

A/C Went out on a weekend, waited until Monday to call, they came right away. They repaired the problem and had us up and running in NO time at all. He then blew out the lines that were clogged and dripping from the overflow, up in the high attic, which was over 100*. I have great respect for what they do and am very comfortable in my home in the summer heat! He was pleasant, respectful, prompt, professional and knowledgable! What more can anyone ask? Would DEFINITELY recommend!

They are awesome. It was a difficult installation. The furnace in the attic was shoved into a corner sitting on the rafter. The unit had been put in 1974 and it was not a good installation and not a good code. They did an incredible job of that unit both taking out the old one and getting up the new one. They put decking down under it, suspended the furnace from chains in the rafters and put a pan under there and a proper TNT valve. The new unit outside was huge. Nowadays all energy-saving things are very big. They had to get it up a slight incline of maybe 4 feet or 5 feet of slanted rock. The older unit was little so they got that down and they had to get the new one hauled up there. There may have been 3 or 4 men, but I don't know for sure because I wasn't outside the whole time. When the compressor came out of the box, there were a couple of dents on one of the panels. They ordered a new one right away and came back and installed that. I could see it out of the window more than I wanted to. They came back with a solvent and took off the stickers that are usually on them so that I wouldn't have to see the stickers from my window. They were as nice as can be. The heat pump that I got is extremely energy efficient. I got an $800.00 rebate from the manufacturer which was taken care of by Johns air-conditioning. I didn't have to fill out the forms for the rebate. I will also get a $1500.00 tax credit. The actual cost works out to a little over $6000.00. I would use them again. They have done installations for me before at another house.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NEAT. THEY WORE CLEAN UNIFORMS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE PATIENT WHEN EXPLAINING THE HEATING SYSTEM AND THERMOSTAT.

THEY CAME QUICKLY IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. THEY CAME AFTER HOURS IN BAD WEATHER. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ORIENTED.
