The quality of work was like no other, Mr Smith made sure I am fully satisfied with his work, making sure every question or concern is answered.   Mr Smith has done several jobs for me in the past 7 years and  I know that the work Greentag/Mr Smith has done for my house is of the best quality and will last a long time.   I highly recommend Greentag to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.  

The house we bought had substantial fire damage as well as foundation problems, and required a complete kitchen makeover, painting throughout, replacement of interior and exterior doors, plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans and light installations.  It also needed to be completely repainted throughout following re-texturing to repair some of the interior damage caused by the foundation problems. Carl and Diana did an excellent job with everything, giving me a kitchen that is practical as well as absolutely gorgeous.  They picked out all the new kitchen appliances according to my specifications, coordinating everything beautifully.  They arranged for the new kitchen cabinets to be built, also according to my somewhat demanding specifications, found the sub-contractors for the painting and new floor installation.  
I am so impressed with everything they either did personally or arranged to have done.  Everything was  completed according to the specifications and time limitations and almost within the original budget.  The budget overages were mostly because once we saw what excellent work was being done, we elected to include some new flooring and a few other items.  
As for Carl and Diana, what can I say?  They are just "good people."  They listen to what you say and do their very best to make your remodeling dreams come true.  They certainly did that for me.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and I am sure they will be back in our home soon to make a few more of our dream a reality.

From the very beginning, we were impressed with their kindness and compassion while installing the handrails.  At the time, my husband asked about what else they did because we were looking for a company to do odds and ends around the house (basically a handyman.)  After many projects, we can honestly say we have never had a project completed that we weren't satisfied with the work.  They take the time to ask questions so that they will know exactly what your expectations are.  Along the way, Carl make sure that you understand each step of the process so that you can be an informed consumer.  We also appreciate their honesty and their prices are fair.
