"Thank you for your feedback. We have researched this comment and have some confusion concerning this visit. We do provide grooming services as a secondary aspect of our hospital, but we only provide grooming for our existing clients' pets. We do not have a Steven Phillips as a client in our database and our groomer was not here on January 22, 2014. We are wondering if maybe this client has the wrong clinic. If it was under a different name or date, we would be happy to address any concerns and try make any improvements possible."

My birds have been under Dr. Roger Kendrick's care for many years, even before he opened Country Club Pet Hospital. He has been a wonderful vet to all my birds and very nice and supportive to me as well. I can's say enough nice things about him, and his wonderful staff, particularly Suzie (who is so funny!) and Jane in the front office.

I absolutely love Dr. Neece! I have four ferrets and it has been hard to find a vet for them. I have taken them to several different vets, and this place has been the best! I will never take my babies anywhere else!!

I have used his service to take of 11 cats as well. I have used him for about 18 years. He was able to treat a cat for kidney problems. He is great. He is able to treat cats, dogs, reptiles, and birds. I have followed him to all his new practices. I am to make the drive it is well worth it.

I like using this Dr. Roger Kendrick because he is very caring and we have known him for a long time. He has always done a good job for us and we have never been displeased with his service.
