The service went well. The technician came out to us. He was able to resolve the issues with the computer. He was very knowledgeable and talked with us quite a bit. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling them out. I am not sure the particular technician is still with the company. They did show up late to the appointment because they got lost. We had another technician come back out for another service who also did well.

First appointment person did not show. Called number and told we were next  Had requested later in day appointment so husband could be here to see what had to be done. Went in garage and missed a call from tech wanting a call back we still needed him.  So much later when realized call missed I left another message about miscommunication.  Got call next AM tech could come. Husband was able to be home  so took that appointment.  Issues fixed about hour

I could not get to the internet last night and still was down this morning. Around 10:30 I contacted this contractor, who I used previously, and a technician was at my house by 1:00 pm and it was fixed by 1:30.

I am always shocked when someone, in today's market, is available on a Saturday and again when the price is not doubled for an emergency call.

Everyone at this company is personable, professional and prompt. I could not ask for a better company to help with my computer, as I am lousy at anything to do with this area of my life.

First - let me begin with the first call I made. In discussing what I needed, I advised Jeff Eidson that I hated my tablet that my friends talked me into buying when my computer crashed...his response, and quot;when you have a few minutes, get your laptop out, call me, and we will go over how you want to use it and I will help you understand it more.and quot; I was floored...in 2013, someone suggesting that I could get help at no cost at my convenience!
The man arrived as scheduled, called to confirm and was one of the nicest people. I am computer illiterate, so it was several times for me to explain what i needed, change my mind, think of more things, etc. His patience was amazing. He not only set this up and explained how to use everything, he added some features to make it more convenient for me. Then he advised what I needed to buy for additional things I needed, suggested what to buy, and then when I called after he left in a panic because I could not find something, he told me why I could not find it, and then gave a website to go to and download the applications for free.
What can one say when customer service like this is provided; when professional people do what they say, and then when they give more free advice to help the consumer! WOW

We called about a troubled laptop and someone came right out. A bunch of stuff was run but unfortunately, didn't do the trick. Jeff and his guys came back another time, helped us on the phone, and eventually came back and took the computer for a couple of days until it was fixed, at no additional charge. Ultimately, they got our laptop running like it should again.

Chris showed up on time , he found the virus got rid of it. He also checked out my system, and made it work faster and gave me some good information on keeping my computer running faster, and safer. Overall everything wwent very well I was most pleased with Chris and his company, Computer Guy.

Joshua Langford was very helpful, professional, and I would highly recommend him to others. He stayed and took care of everything beautifully. He put some programs in my computer. I was really happy with him. He went above and beyond. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I have used them many times and was very happy with their quality of service. They were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. They were also very responsive and the price was very reasonable.

Computer Guy did a very good job. It took him a day and a half to fix it and he charged a very reasonable price. We were very happy. The guy knew what he was doing. It is a very reputable company.

JAY THE COMPUTER TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, PROFICIENT, AND REASONABLY PRICED. THE JOB WAS DONE TIMELY AND CONVENIENT TO MY SCHEDULE. VERY SATISFIED.
