Bounce & Slide was professional, clean and punctual. Everyone from the person who called to confirm delivery to the guys who set up/broke down the slide were extremely personable. A lot of these bounce house/slide operators in the area come across as a bit shady, but I felt more than comfortable with this group. I highly, highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Their online scheduling service and photos are a major plus, too!

Great! They arrived early and it was exactly what we wanted! It's probably in writing when I ordered it but I didn't realize we would need to provide an extension cord. Luckily we had one that was long enough.

Very smoothly. I mad my reservation easily online and had communication from the company to confirm my order immediately and then again a few days prior to delivery. On the day of delivery, the driver called to ask if he could deliver early which worked out perfectly because the kiddos got a few extra hours to jump.

Fabulous, this company had awesome customer service, was professional, and prompt. The drivers were so helpful and when I called to confirm, the representative from the company already had everything taken care of for the party. I would highly recommend this company!!

Communication was excellent. Called to confirm appt, called prior to delivery, answered call regarding question after delivery, and then called before pick up. Provided us with almost 6 extra hours of rental time. Delivery crew was courteous, prompt, and professional. We will definitely use them again.

Weather was tricky with a storm and a 60-80% chance of rain. Todd kept in touch and stayed on top of the latest updates.
Once it was deemed safe, they showed up on time, set things up and it was a success. Would use them again.

They answered all my questions over the phone and e-mail provide to delivery. They provided me with accurate delivery and removal times. The equipment set-up, testing, and removal was very quick and professional.

They were right on time, professional and got everything set up perfectly for event. Very courteous as to what I wanted as far as set up. Were right on time to tear down. Again, very professional. Was VERY happy with them.

From my first contact with Todd Ashlin last year while researching different companies, I have been impressed. His website is easy to use and when I called last year, he answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Last year was just perfect! The weather, the bounce house, the hop balls, the tables/chairs....we loved the hop balls so much we bought 2 of them from him for a very reasonable price. This year, when my daughter said she'd like to have a bounce house again, I immediately called Todd. He was just as friendly as last year and even remembered our family! I had held on to a coupon he gave us last year for 20% off and he honored it and told me about some new options for this year.

Knowing the contract terms re: weather condition, I had a good idea the day before the party that the wind conditions would not be in our favor and I had been preparing my daughter for that fact. When Todd called the afternoon before, we decided it would be best to cancel the bounce house and hop balls portion of our order, as we'd have to move the party inside. I asked him if he'd still be willing to make the drive just to deliver the 2 sets of tables/chairs and he said and quot;I'd make the drive to deliver just one chair for you - you are great customers!and quot; I really appreciated that he didn't require a minimum order amount or anything (since our original order was over $200 and with the cancellation, it was under $50). It made me feel that Todd really valued ALL customers, not just those who spent the most money. Our face-to-face experience with him this year was just as stellar as last year. He arrived to drop off and pick up when he said he would, worked quickly, and was just as friendly as ever.

I have recommended Bounce and Slide Texas to all of my friends in his service area. We plan to use them for years to come!

Todd Ashlin showed up on time. He was dressed in his company work clothes and conducted himself like a profeballsssional. It took him 30 minutes to set up the tables and chairs, bounce-house, and hoppity-balls. He was efficient and dilligent in his work and his disposition was friendly. He took the time to explain the saftety rules of the bounce house and answer any questions we had. He was personable, but efficient with his time, knowing that we had a lot do to around the house in preparation for our guests showing up.
We were happy with his service in that the other companies will charge by the half day - not Todd. We got the bounce house for the entire day. There was real value in his service (my wife did all the comparisons). The party was a huge success. We had 15, screaming 2-4 year old's, running, jumping, giggling, and playing on the bounce house. The equipment he rented us looked new. The tables and chairs were cute and clean. The bounce house looked brand new, clean, sturdy, and safe. The hoppity-horses were a huge hit. Fun and new-looking, our kids were going crazy with them. We loved the hoppity horses so much, that Todd sold us two of the four hoppity horses for an exceptional price. That is a great value for our family.
He showed up on time for the clean up. At the end of a long, tired day, he was as dilligent in his set up as he was in his breakdown and pack up. In the end, Todd Ashlin runs a very professional friendly business. My wife commented to me on how much Todd seemed to care that we had a great experience, and a great party. She also told me how friendly he was on the phone while doing her research. He took time to answer all her questions and showed genuine concern on her experience.
Our family is a fan of small business in this country. For us, Bounce and Slide Texas is a fine example of hard work, great service, giving strong value to their customers.
We will call him again for next year's party.
