We are a family owned and operated Lawn Irrigation Installation only company located in Mansfield, Texas. We do not do repairs to existing sprinkler systems at this time. Our main focus is to provide an exemplary customer experience at competitive prices. We love seeing customers proud and happy with their property, and will do anything we can to turn your space into something you can't wait to show off. Brandon came out on Saturday and verified these were the only issues. He had to go and get the parts to repair the 3 control valves. Came back repaired the 3 control valves and fixed the leak by the sprinkler head.

They started the installation on March 8th and completed it on March 31st. On April 1st I started having problems with the system - I couldn't get the irrigation system to turn off. That same day, I called Brandon, the owner, letting him know the situation and he came out a few days later to reset the timer. At the same time, I was having problems with one of the sprinkler heads not reaching a specific zone. When Brandon came out, on April 4th, he said to keep an eye on it. On May 3rd, I started having problems again with the same sprinkler. I reached out to Brandon and he told me that he would come by a few days later to take a look at it. When Brandon came out he put a taller sprinkler head in that one area hoping that would solve the issue. Everything seemed to be working fine until July 20th when I noticed that the taller head wasn't reaching its intended target (flowers). I then reached out to Brandon again and he came out, for the fourth time, about a week later. Brandon came out without letting me know and said that he adjusted a different sprinkler head to see if that would help reach the flowers. This past Saturday, the July 29th, one of the sprinkler heads, in the front yard, had water coming out of it without it being on. I called Brandon again and he said it was a broken sprinkler head and I asked him how this could happen. Brandon tried blaming me for the broken sprinkler head and said that our mowing crew could have ran over it. At this point, Brandon started getting nasty with me and even cursed at me. When they installed the irrigation system, we were told that it came with a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. However, the last time that Brandon came out, at then end of July, he told me that he was going to charge me $120 for his last visit. During this time, I asked Brandon for the warranty information/paperwork and he said, "I don't have it."

"Diana [Member Name Removed], I came out and reset the timer because you stated you didn't know what you did to mess it up after you tried to change the times and dates on it. You then admitted you didn't look at the instruction book that came with it. I didn't have a problem helping you with that. Then I came out and put a new head on the back sprinkler because you stated it wasn't watering the one rose bush behind the small banana trees that were there. That head was then working perfectly, you even stood there with me and agreed when I tested it. I also stated at that time to not let the small banana trees grow any further towards the fence or it would block the spray just line any other bush would when they get bigger. At this point, the system was working perfectly, again for a second time (not warranty work, and still didn't charge you). The next time you are talking about when I came out without you knowing, was an appointment we set up together. And you knew I was there because I rang the doorbell and talked to you thru it since you are the one that left and went to work. I went in the back yard and that small banana trees have taken over and are covering the head and all against the fence. I then adjusted a different head to get water on the one rose bush (not covered under warranty, still didn't charge you). Then you called me because you had a broken head against the driveway. The insides on the sprinkler were missing with the top still there, but broken. You placed a donut around the head but didn't get the right size which broke it when you drive over it with you car. This is Not Covered under warranty. This is what would constitute a charge. I have never, nor would I ever say foul language to a customer, ever. The business is called Anchor for a reason. Faith Hope and Love. My family and I are a good Christian family. I believe I have bent over backwards for you and the changes you wanted over and over again. I even sent my Brother in law to you for your pool on 2 different occasions because it doesn't get taken care of and broke twice. Because your backyard is overgrown doesn't mean the warranty takes care of your wants. It covers parts and labor. And the TCEQ (Texas Commission on Enviromental Quality) is who makes that happen for the 1 year. I'm very sorry you think that your husband threatening me and you yelling at me is going help. Great! I called Brandon yesterday afternoon and he was able to get here this morning. He easily fixed the original problem and then evaluated our system and made some adjustments/replacements to some of the other sprinkler heads so that we are watering more efficiently. I would definitely use Brandon again.

It went great...fast, efficient, very knowledgeable. Brandon, who was polite and very professional, made repairs on our sprinkler system that a home inspector had identified. He found that a blocked sprinkler head the inspector pointed out simply had a little mulch on it. He brushed the mulch off and it was fixed. He repaired everything (three leaks and one broken head) in less than an hour and left the lawn in great condition. I would definitely use Anchor Irrigation again.

Serviceman arrived with wrong brand controller. Left to acquire correct brand and installed on his return Walked him around my yard and asked him to service and test all the heads. I pointed out that the thatch had overgrown one of the pop ups in the front yard and asked him to find and make it able to function properly. He alleged that he was complete in about 10 minutes so I paid my bill and off he went. The next day I went out to get the newspaper and still don't see that thatched over sprinkler head. Guess I'll find it and open it up so it can pop up.

The serviceman checked each station and adjusted all the heads that needed it. He then reprogrammed the system for more efficient watering. He was very nice.
