A total nightmare! Michael Perry, the owner, is a con man. He will do a little bit of work to entice you to pay more, and then he will disappear with your money. He will lead you on for months, but never do the work. I had to get the police involved to get him to do some of the work I paid for. Sadly, he still never completed the job. He will say and do anything to just get your money. He belongs in jail.

Bad. Made written guarantees on my pre work order form (estimate) but did not keep when roof started leaking within a couple years later. Became rude to me, and would not do anything to help me. GAF said they did not do that type of guarantee correctly so GAF cannot help me. Leaking and soft spots all over roof. Finished job on top looked ok to a lay person at first, but how they checked and insulated before shingles put on per what they found needed replacing. Then replacing any bad sections (or not all), may have been what these roofers did wrong to cause roof to go bad. I also found out later that you need to count the packs of shingles they bring so if they take back 8 packs like they did mine, they should show that on the invoice. I was bedridden the day they finished and they did not want to give me an invoice but wanted final payment and were yelling at me.

AllStates Roofing came and inspected our roof and said we had damage and needed a new one.  We waited to contract with them until after an assessment with the Insurance Company.   AllStates and the Insurance Company both came out, did their inspection, and the Insurance inspection agreed and they covered the cost of the new roof, vents, gutters, everything up there.  AllStates sent out a crew that did a great job.  We have a large 1 story home (and it was a Texas day of over 100 degrees outside) so it took about 1.5 days to complete.  I was very impressed on how they cleaned up around the home at the end of the first day before they left and then again the following day.  Being a Contracting firm as well, AllStates Roofing then contracted with the gutter replacement service and our new gutters look and match perfectly.   AllStates roofing delivered the service agreed upon and the new shingles make the home really look great.   Very pleased and have recommended within our neighborhood association.   Lots of AllStates Roofing signs popping up all over.  Just have to drive by one of the other homes and see how nice it looks or talk to a neighbor and all tell the same story.
