I contacted Tara Parmer to inquire about her services to
deep clean a vacant residence. I was told that her cleaning services involved
"top to bottom" cleaning from the ceiling fans to the baseboards,
doors, inside and outside all kitchen and bath cabinets and floors. I asked
about carpet cleaning and agreed to let the shampoo the carpet for an
additional fee. They were to perform the service on July 25 at 1:00 and was
told it would take approximately 4 hours. Since I live in Fort Worth and the
house is in Tyler, I arranged for someone to allow them access to the house. It
was not until Friday July 26 that I had an opportunity to inspect the completed
job and I found the following: 1.) The dirty water from the carpet cleaner had
been dumped into the kitchen sink, stopped up the drain and left as-is. My
attempts to unstop the drain were unsuccessful. I have photos to verify. 2.)
The entire kitchen floor had debris as though it had not been swept. I have
photos to verify 3.) The interior of the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned.
Food, dirt, dead bugs and roach powder still remained. I have photos to verify
4.) The shower walls had a soapy residue from not properly wiping after
cleaning. I have photos to verify 5.) All of the mini-blinds in the house had
been pulled up and left up. Three of them had been pulled off the window and
were left as-is. I have photos to verify. After texting Tara about the problem
and providing photos, a man claiming to be the manager of the business called
me and offered to meet me at the house the next day at 11:00. He said he would
see if he could fixe the sink. A few hours later Tara called me and disputed my
claims saying that "her girl" had been with her for years and never
had a single complaint. She acknowledge the dirty water in the sink but only
offered to pay for "Liquid Drano", saying that no one in their
business was qualified to unclog a drain. She then asked me how much credit was
I looking to get back and I told her that I'd have to hire a plumber to unstop the
drain and another cleaning company to clean what her person didn't clean. I was
asking for a full refund. She then began arguing that her person was there four
hours and continued disputing my claims. I told here that I would be disputing
the charge on my Visa and filing complaints and hung up.
"3C's Redefined's employee cleaned the house for 4 hours and cleaned all carpets. We apoligized for the frustration and the employee was repremainded. The sink was clogged and blinds screwes weren't screwed in properly; they were loose. Customer wanted a Full refund for his pre-exsisiting plumbing issues and, blinds being placed on the groud. We do not specialze in plumbing and could not offer plumbing assistance (besides Drano for the clog.) The customer was offered back $60.00 refund to his credit card. This is the first complaint in 3 years."
