I would give our experience a A+++. Everyone we dealt with from the owner to the installers were just right. They look amazing---best analogy is that I feel we added a piece of investment "furniture" to our windows! We could not be more pleased. Craftsmanship like this takes time...I would be wary of a shutter company that can turn them out too quickly. We really did our homework about quality and warranty and Southern Shutters delivered.

They measured our windows promptly. Gave us a quote. Lowered the price a little & then installed the shutters on the promised date. We are very pleased.
