Nolasco Construction

I paid Jose Nolasco to install luxury vinyl plank flooring at my primary residence with a one year warranty on installation. During this installation two existing floor tiles were damaged and Jose agreed that his team would be responsible for securing the materials to repair the tiles and that the repair would not be charged to me since his team was at fault for the damage. I provide Jose with the manufacturer of the tile and grout and he confirmed that he would provide a repair date by end of month for the tiles as well as some additional defects from floor installation. We made multiple attempts to contact Jose to get an update on the status of the repairs, and 5 months later Nolasco Construction Solutions has not responded to any of our communication attempts. They are not only unprofessional but do not hold up to their "guarantee" of the work that they do. Do not do business with this company.
