Hi-Tech Concrete Solutions

Problems began during the pouring process.  The gate leading to our front door was removed and not put back correctly.  Gate would open 3 inches and then entire gate had to be lifted and drug to be able to get out to our cars and laundry rooms.  After being promised by Raymond(site manager)for 2 1/2 weeks that they would return I had to hire someone to rebuild gate as it was now falling apart from getting caught on new driveway.  Had to repeatly call for someone to come back to finish clean up and remove all lumber blocking poured driveway and debris left behind.  Someone removed lumber but left remaining asphalt.  
I reported cracks in my driveway on August 8th.  I have been told weekly they would be out to repair cracks.  Then on August 31 I was told they would not come look at it unless the crack was 1/4 wide.  They also let me know that they didnt make any money on the contract(dont know why they would have quoted me a price if they thought it was too low?) and wanted me to pay for the gas to get to my house.  I had been provided several different plans for a driveway and the costs involved and was asked to pick one.  I paid in full for the design I wanted.  I was not given an instructions on what to expect after they left(lots of sand appeared the next day)
  My driveway is now separating and crumbling from the street.  They had provided me with a copy of a license which said they were competent at installing driveways and the slope required at the point the diveway connects to the street.
My last interaction with High-Tech Solutions was a recommendation by Raymond to report all my problems with him and his boss, Mike Tamez ,to the Rant and Rave section of Craigslist if I wanted anything done.  Since then there has been cursing and name calling.
It has been awful....and my driveway is slowly crumbling away!
