I am a plague to my poor desktop PC. It will randomly start having issues and I never have any idea why. Luckily, Eli was available the very next day to come to my rescue, and now my PC runs like it's brand new! He even saved all my files! Convenient on-site service, super low pricing that was set at the beginning so I knew exactly how much it would cost me to fix (I have a tight budget), and he was very professional and answered all my dumb computer questions. Highly recommended!
