+ -1 moreHe goes above and beyond. He’s one of those guys that I get a hold of as a contractor I just don’t want to let him loose. I would tell others to use Bruce because he is knowledgeable. He was laid off in the county as a plumbing inspector so he had to go back into the business. He is fine with all the new rules and regulations. Whatever he tells me is what’s out there so I don’t have to worry about getting a permit and an inspector coming in saying we have to redo it. He’s very knowledgeable about what has to be done and how to do it. I bought a beautiful unit that another guy recommended and it never worked from day one. He didn’t know how to put it in. It cost me over $10,000 and it was nothing but trouble from day one. After putting an additional $4,000 into the unit, I talked to Bruce and this is what he recommended and I’ve been using it ever since. My heating bills have gone down tremendously. Everything works fine.
Description of Work: I used Bruce Ward of A & B Construction for plumbing. I had my sun room put on and he did my plumbing for my hot tub and I wanted a drain put in to go to my septic field. There was a 1-inch line that was in there. He told me there should be 1 ½ so he took it out and put in a 1 ½ in just so I would be in compliance.
