By using Genuine Texas Exteriors I was able to save time in vetting and sitting through long lengthy sale pitches with other companies. My 5 star review is based on the following: 1) Integrity. The product, quality and craftsmanship they advertise was exactly what they delivered. Everything they told me that would be done and the time frame that it would be done in was accomplished. 2) Communication. Samantha Cochrane, my Project Coordinator, asked me questions and listened to what I wanted to get accomplished with the roof. She also communicated with me every step of the way what was coming next and what needed to be done next. 3) Quality. Genuine Texas Exteriors, being an certified installer for Malarkey Roofing Group, I was able to get a quality product with a lot of additional upgrades for free. 4) Installation. Approximately 3200 square feet of roof surface, that also had many variations of pitch, was completed in one day. The crew was very friendly, very efficient and very concerned with making sure they left the property better than when they came. While walking the perimeter for their cleanup they also took extra time to blow off the leaves from my back porch and make sure my driveway was taken care of also. In the following days after installation I did not find a single nail or any scrap pieces of roofing material. 5) Professionalism. Through every step of the journey all employees of Genuine Texas Exteriors showed pride in craftsmanship and professionalism.
