Driftwood Builders Roofing
About us
At Driftwood Builders, quality workmanship, excellent customer service and customer referrals are the life line of our business. We use only the best products and deliver the highest quality total roof systems available. From the ground it is nearly impossible to assess the damage that may exist on your roof. Our experienced team of professionals are available to give you a free, no obligation, honest assessment of you roof. Even moderate sized hail can cause severe damage to the shingles, causing granular loss and/or cracking of underlying membrane. If your roof has sustained damage, then your Homeowners Insurance Company is responsible for the cost of replacing your roof. Most insurance companies try to limit the dollar amount they intend to pay on their initial replacement cost estimate. Our team of professionals will work (negotiate) with your insurance carrier to make sure they are paying the proper amount of money, which allows you to receive the kind of quality roof you deserve. At Driftwood Builders we hang our hat on “QUALITY.” We guarantee the best roofing system for your home for the available money. As a LOCAL COMPANY, we will be here to serve your roofing needs now and for years to come. Please give us a call to arrange a meeting with one of our qualified professionals. Additional DBA - M&D Holdings LP. Award winning.

"{Member's name}, Thank you for letting us know how happy you are with your roof and our company. We sincerely love to hear from those that have great things to say. Let us know if there is anything else we can do!"
"[member name removed], Thank you for your response. It is very disheartening to know you were not happy with our performance. Unfortunately even covering the pool does not guarantee nails will not make it into the pool. The gauge of performance needs to be, did we get the nails out of the pool since again it's nearly impossible to keep them out while replacing the roof. The answer is YES we did. If you found 25 or so nails we apologize as we try to get them all before we leave. Since there were approximately 7,000 nails on your existing roof you can see we got close to getting them all, but not close enough. More than likely it was the cut pieces of shingles that burned small areas of your lawn (never seen a compressor do that) due to the heat in central Texas during June. It typically takes a little water and the grass comes back. Replacing a roof, especially one the size of your roof, takes multiple days of working sun up til sun down in the 90+ degree heat on a very steep slope. It's a construction zone and there's no way around creating a mess. If we did not give you the proper heads up that it would be very messy then that too was our mistake. Since it is now November of 2015 and we replaced your roof in June of 2015 and it has not leaked during the 8+ inch rains we've received I take it your roof is holding up well. If not, please let us know and we will get it taken care of. Driftwood Builders Roofing"

Previous review was negative. After discussions with the owner I am removing that review and replacing with a more positive review. The negative review was in most part due to communication breakdown regarding contract and what was to be performed. As discussed with owner, communication is among one of the most important aspects of any service provider and sometimes the customer is wrong...I was in this case and apologize for my part in the misunderstanding. Appreciate the call from the owner and the explanation provided. After service was performed discussions would have stopped the negative review.
"[member name removed], Thank you for taking my call and discussing the finer points of communication with me. We strive continually to improve our communication skills at Driftwood Builders Roofing and sometimes (definitely true in your case) we fail to fully and properly communicate. I called you in order to learn where we had gone wrong with our service and in turn I was able to learn a lot from you. This will help Driftwood Builders grow in the future. I appreciate the time you took out of your day to speak with me. Todd Munsinger - Driftwood Builders Roofing"
"[member name removed], You are very welcome. We appreciate the business. Todd Munsinger - Driftwood Builders Roofing"
"[member name removed], Thank you for understanding. We were in the middle of fielding many leads as the result of two storms during June/July 2014. We were doing our best to keep our heads above water and obviously fell short in your case. Again, thank you for understanding and let us know if there is anything else we can do. Todd Munsinger - Driftwood Builders Roofing"
"[member name removed], Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad we got to the necessary repairs before the water started coming in. Proper maintenance is always a good thing to keep your roof going as long as possible. Thanks for your business. Todd Munsinger - Driftwood Builders Roofing"
