Catalina's recommendations were exactly what we needed to get our property ready for showing. After discovering an empty house at the beginning of July, we were able to fix the property up and have it ready for move-in very quickly with their help.
Description of Work: Catalina's crews helped me get my rental property move-in ready by painting the interior, performing various repairs to the kitchen and bathrooms, and repairing outdoor items as well.

Description of Work: Catalina remodeled our Master bathroom (removed paper, textured, painted and put in new fixtures). Also, put in new fixtures in the Guest bathroom. Caulked and painted trim around exterior windows in the Living Room. Regrouted portions of the shower in the Master bathroom.
