Brian's Quality Carpet Repair

He was prompt, courteous, and did the job in a very quick time. I'm very pleased with the service and response time I received from Brian.

He did a very nice job. He was very committed to a high quality finished product. Couldn't hardly see where patched and inserted new carpet strip to cover the gap. He called to confirm time and location and arrived on time like he said he would .

When he cut out the stain (bottle of red cough syrup) it was all the way to the floorboard. He removed carpet and pad but suggested I paint kilz over the board. He said he could just clean and continue with patch or could come back next day if I wanted to apply the kilz. I did. I do wish he would have just had a can of kilz on his truck to spray some on then come back next day...having to run out to Home Depot and get a can and now I will probably never use it again...In that profession he should have this on hand.

We called the invidual to repair squeaky floors and restretch carpet in 2 upstairs bedrooms and living room; in addition to repairing squeaky stair steps and landing. We received a quote and were told the floor work could not be guaranteed. We chose to hire the individual as the waranty had expired on the carpet and the squeaky floors were quite annoying.
He did a professional and good job of restretching the carpet and repairing seams.
Some of the squeaky noise was back in just 2 days after the repair, along with new squeaks from areas that were not a problem before the work was performed.
The stair steps and landing were not included in the quote and no work was done to repair them. The individual inspected a few steps prior to leaving and told us the landing and stairwell would have to be rebuilt.

Brian is a animal lover who got along well with the dogs and cats in the family. Would not hesitate to use him agai. Pricing fair and responsive to our needs.

We had a burned spot in front of the fireplace. Now you could never tell it was ever there. Excellent in every way!

Brian worked me into his schedule and did a really good job! The previous installation was not done properly and he suggested a couple of things that improved the appearance of the stairs. After I called Brian, I had to quickly prime and paint the stairs moulding before he arrived. He installed the carpet with barely a nick in the side moulding! I would call him again.

Brian is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I was thinking of replacing my 6-year-old carpet soon, but he said all it needs is a good power stretch and cleaning, and it will last for 8-10 more years. He will also re-install it the way it should have been installed initially, and patch any places that need it. I'll re-post when I have it done!
