we paid a deposit for a retaining wall and asphalt paving. his equipment sat there and his crew would show up 1 day a week and do a little work, i had to tell them how to do the job, he never answered his phone or came to the job site. his equipment disappeared as well as my money. he is a crook!

Boswell is a crook, well known to law enforcement. He has been scamming people, mainly the elderly, since 1911. His dealings are well documented. Plus he's been in jail for sexual assault. He tricked my husband out of $5900 in June, 2020.
