I was not here when they arrived, kinda of confused as I have 3 homes and wanted to make sure they had right house. They were there for awhile making sure they were doing what they were supposed to do.

They cleaned up after themselves, so that gets an "A".

If they fall much below an "A", then I don't use them anymore. There is no reason to use a "B", when you can get an "A".

They showed up on time with a crew of two. Then they looked at everything in the system. Found that the freon was low and charged the system. Also setup a new leg to the starter motor that has dropped the start current. Seems like this might make the system last longer. Was warned that there may be a leak in the system, and will review this at the end of the year. Amount shown is for two trips.

Great! The guys put down drop cloths in the areas they would be working and completely cleaned out the old a/c closet before putting in the new unit. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood how to operate and program the new t-stat unit. I also received a new vent that makes it much easier to change the filter and I am one happy customer. Willie Wright was such a pleasure to work with. His quality of customer service is rarely seen.

They are awesome. It family owned and they will come out on a Saturday or Sunday and there is no extra charge. They are very responsive and they don't have a turnover, so we deal with the same employees all the time. For every woman at home, it is really not easy to know faces when they come out every 6 months. We have three units and they come out and check everything. They also do my mothers and my daughter's home. They have never priced out, they are extremely reasonable and they don't sell us anything we don't need.

Actually, we lucked into Mr Wright because our neighbors happened to know him and his family personally and recommended that they come out and check what other people were telling us. Mr Wright did not come out intending to sell us anything, but was just doing the neighbors a favor. However, we were so impressed by what he did that we asked what he could do for us. So he did an energy assessment of the home and made a proposal. The energy assessment was not intrusive, though we did not get an hard copy. Mr Wright had instruments that checked the faulty capacitor. That capacitor had been replaced by a previous contractor for $45 and Mr Wright agreed that it was indeed one of the major problems with the unit. He also showed where the unit was leaking and how it could be expected to get worse over time--this was just the beginning of our problems. (We had gotten this same spiel from previous contractors, so it was not a surprise. However he did not pressure us into a sale.) He gave us a written estimate and we did an impartial comparison among the contractors we called. The installation went very well as far as we were concerned. The crew consisted of two young men who arrived on-time, and were done in a few hours. They were well prepared, and had everything they needed on hand, worked quickly and efficiently and after the job, they removed the old unit without charging us. We were very comfortable with the work and expertise that they showed while performing the job. The outside temperature was hot that day, but they had the unit replaced before the inside got too hot. They spent about an hour after the installation, making sure that everything worked as it was supposed to and showing us how the unit worked. They made sure that all our questions were answered before they left. All in all, this was a very good experience.
