The owner is Alex. He replaced a side window due to a broken cable. He did the work quickly and it works fine now. I first went to see Alex due to some good reviews on another website. Another local auto repair chain had tried to convince me to get some expensive repairs done, but I did not trust them. I knew one thing they suggested had already been done somewhere else and was not due for service again. That made me doubt everything they suggested. Alex's reviews stated that he was honest and charged a very fair price. Those reviews were accurate. I felt that I may need my brakes replaced (one item suggested by the other company), Alex put my car on the rack and showed me the repair on my pads and the rotors. He said that I did not need it done yet, but to keep an eye on it. It may need to be replaced in 6 months. He could have easily convinced me to do the work now. His fees were much less than the first shop. But true to his reviews, he was honest about the urgency of the repair. I will have my brakes done before summer and Alex will be the one to do the job. Alex is a hands on owner with another mechanic to help him. I now know why he has so many loyal customers.
